Same lists, some were updated, then other posters found out their dates, and it didn't get updated, then it got updated, and another dates is found out, so on and so on. Evil circle of updates.

How/where do we get the July Butterflies logo from?

Well....7/8 is fast approaching...started liquid diet today......did good and went walking for the first time in a LONG time!

I am getting banded on July 4th and I have been on yogart,oatmeal and I started slimfast and broth on my own. Couldn't just eat yogart and oatmeal for a week. I have been on it since Friday today is Monday and have lost 6lbs.! I have been walking trying to get myself better in shape for surgery. I can't wait! I am just anxious to get the first fill during that time it sounds like you are losing weight while you are on a special diet waiting for your stomach to heal. It sounds difficult because you do not have the band to use as a tool.
