I am not feeling great today either. I could feel it coming on the past 2 days but it hit full force last night just in time for bed. My nose is running and I am sneezing alot. I have nose spray that really helps with it but I still feel the pressure.

Got on the scale this morning thinking yesterdays 3 pound loss was a mistake. I knew when I got on that scale this morning it was gonna be back up. How's that for being positive. Thankfully it really is gone.

Have I mentioned yet that my brother is going to be a dad soon. His baby is due any day now. I am planning on going to visit his new little family the first of April. I haven't seen him since Oct. He lives near boston. I am going to be flying there. My goal is to lose atleast 15 more pounds by then. He has no idea I am dropping all this weight. I hope he will be so surprised. I also am hoping I won't need a seatbelt extender when I fly and that I won't invade someone elses personal space. I would just love to have all new clothes too. I have never been that far north before. I hardly ever cross into yankee territory, lol.

We are also planning to take my son to Disney sometime this spring. We have been promising him for awhile and keep postponing it. I am thinking maybe it could be a celebration for me hitting onederland. That way I won't be at all nervous about how I fit on the rides. I should be close to it in april or may.

June 1st is our goal for moving out. Jake and I will both be out of school by then. I can't wait to have my own place again. Buying what groceries I want and cooking what I want/need. Doing what I want when I want without having to explain to someone where I am going and why. I am ready to be independant again.

Jacob is starting Teeball tonite. My first team was called the Lady Gators and his is the Gators. I thought that was kinda cool. I played ball for 12 years until I graduated highschool. It was a great experience for me and his first day of teeball feels like a big milestone for me. I am hoping that I can help the coach or something, be involved. I feel like sometimes people pass me over for stuff like that because I am fat. When I coached cheerleading people would always be surprised to find that out. They would get this crazy look and say Really? I know I don't look or sound like one but I love working with the preteen girls. Helping them through their little and big issues. It is rewarding.

I hope yall are having a good day. I am suppose to be studying but I can't stick with it. So I am just taking a break.

Good afternoon. Sitting here watching my DVR'd American Idol.

I am loving hearing about the FL trip, I feel like I was there shpping with you. I just got me a Coach bag not too long ago so probably wouldn't have gotten one this trip anyway. That would've been funny, Apples, if you sent that bag.

Phyl, glad you had such a good visit with the grands (puppy and kids), hope you are feeling better.

Apples, would love to spend some time with ya! Hopefully our SD trip works out this year again, probably not over Thanksgiving though.

Julie, I am so glad you had such a good time and made the trip alone. I remember how apprehensive you were about it, I think this will go a long way in building up your confidence as well. Isn't it great to not need that extender anymore? Thanks also for the comments on my vent post. I vented when most of you were away from the boards. It was just as much for myself to get it out than it was to get help. Things are much better. I more or less let go and let God. I realize none of the issues I was so worked upa bout were in my control anyway. DD's wedding is going through on track, we should have an answer on the moving in another week or so, DH has an interview on Wed. What is the goal or hope you are working on that you 'promised'??

Jewel, sounds like you are making progress on lots of areas in your life. I hope it works out for you to be moved by june 1st.

Love all the Florida pics........Sure wish I could have gone. Well, I still haven't lost weight, but my exercise habit is forming. I am leaving for weight loss bible study. Then tomorrow night I am going to the Davis Clinic support group. Now, I just need to put all of this wisdom into practice. Girls, I am weak! Thanks for being just a few clicks away!

Janet, how are you doing on the Beck book? I put it down for a few days.

Later!

Review of the weekend:

1. Everyone was a cutie-patootie. Especially Nelson.

2.There was eating. Our surgeons would be proud.

3. A man at the food Court wanted to know how we knew each other. I told him we were former porn stars.

4. Julie can go from awake to dead asleep in 7 seconds.

5. Sharing scars and port placement has made us lapsisters.

6. Shopping was fun. The Florida economy improved this weekend.

7. Laura had to be restrained from running over the airport security guard.

8. How much Crystal Lite can 6 women drink?

9. I even showed Janet my scar from my breast lift. We are now going steady.

10. We missed you and want you to be there next time!!

Judy

Too funny I was there in spirit .

I missed you guys so much. It snowed so much here or at least what we consider alot we got 4 inches. Well the van died today now we have to get another one for the business. Geez anyways I start my new promotion job tomorrow time to save. At least MY car is well :)

I have been doing the couch to 5K training in preparation for a 5K run in May. It will be my first ever. I had a HUGH NSV this morning. I was able to run 0.3 miles before I had to take a walking break. It felt darn good.

Julie – Doesn’t it feel great to travel alone and have everything go well? Such a confidence booster.

Apples – It sounds like you are a wonderful organizer and because of your organizational skills, a good time was had by all.

Phyl - Congrats on the new camera. I am a bit of a amateur photographer and love taking pictures. Have fun with your new toy.

Jewel – Hope you are feeling better soon. My daughter is in nursing school too.

Charlene – I am on day 5 of the Beck book. It seems to make sence to make new habits. I could use some work on the “give myself credit” part. Even when I achieve, I always says or think negative things. I put a post it on my car radio that simply says credit as my reminder.

1 day at a time - best of luck with the new job!:)

Good Evening everyone! Thanks so much to all of you who were in Florida for sharing-- like some of the others have mentioned, I too feel like I was there -- and yes, I believe I would have felt the same --I alreay know you all anyway. I still do want to meet in person soon though -- so we'll have to work out the details of our next trip. I found out today I didn't accrue any vacation for either Dec. or Jan. as I missed more than 15 days each of those months - so I BARELy have enough vacation time to take 5 days off in July for my neice's wedding. I didn't realize I wasn't accruing vacation those two months so that really hurts. I just have to hope I don't have to take any time off between now and then (we don't have sick leave so I have to use vacation/personal time for that). So it makes it tough.

Judy, excellent synopsis -- great sense of humor -- you and I would get along great -- so glad you were able to make it.

Apples, sounds like you were wonderful as always with the hostessing duties.

Lori, hope you didn't think I was being critical of you on your venting post -- I was just saying that "of course you were feeling depressed cause everything was not in your control" I didn't mean to imply that you were a controlling person -- I hope you didn't take it that way. I just meant it would be tough for anyone to go though that many changes and undecided plans all at once. WTG on the Valentine's Day presents -- your DH sounds just great.

We don't do presents either really -- we tend to go out and buy what we want/need at that time -- sometimes we wrap up stuff we buy just to put it under the tree for "show" so the kids dont' feel sorry for us -- but honestly, like most of you, I'd rather save the money for a nice vacation. My DH and I bought each other fifty cent cards at the dollar store and wrote nice things in them -- he told me how "beautiful I have always been to him and how proud he is of me for getting healthy." That meant more than a present anyway.

We did go out to dinner Sat. nigiht -- just our usual place up the street -- but it was nice -- I put on a top he particularly liked when I bought it -- he commented on it at the time. But no heart teddy for me -- LOL. Apples I LOVE it!! WTG girl - I'm sure you had a great time.

Julie, so glad you went and also glad you found some nice things to buy and yes, congrats on the seat belt extension and tray table - it was a thrill for me last year when I got to put the tray table down all the way -- I do believe that was one of the better NSV to date. Also glad you didn't have any problems with your flights.

Eva, so glad you were there for Janet and she there for you so you weren't alone in your long travel day. Hope you're enjoying Ft. Myers. I checked the weather there today and saw it was pretty chilly -- 60 = sorry you're having such crappy weather.

I cooked a big valentine dinner for kids and DH and the dog's b-day -- including a cake -- also went to see Lovely Bones this weekend and shopped for DGD's new comforter/sheet set for her bedroom here at my house. So although busy, a good weekend. Got all my exercise in.

Laura, hope Nelson is better -- I could tell before what a great kid he is -- plus you are such a great Mom -- so I KNEW he was a great kid.

Hugs on the snow in Indiana! We just are having small flurries and wind and very cold here.

Jessica, so glad you went - I'm sure this will help you in your journey -- so glad you found our group on the LBT -- I know you'll be a smashign success in both your weight loss journey, nursing and being a Mom!! Your pic is great - you look so diifferent from your first picture.

Charlene, I haven't gotten much of the Beck Diet book read -- really love what it says in the little I've had time to read -- but I do think it will be very helpful.

Phyll, I saw the pictures of your new Grandpuppy -- she is adorable -- I think you should have snuck her on the plane with you -- why not get a little one to keep you adn DH company? I think you should go and get one this week. You won't regret it. My little sweetie just cheers me up every day.

NY, hope all is well with you and you get that surgery done soon. Let us know when you get a date.

To the newbie having surgery on 2-20 or thereabouts, congrats and you will be fine on the 7 day liquid diet -- I had to do 2 weeks before surgery and it was no problem -- by the time I started I was really ready to tackle my obesity and I was sick of food at that point. You'll do just fine, trust me.

LauraK hope everything is okay -- how's your dog getting along. Sorry I can't remember the name.

Cheri, glad you had a great time with your grandkids -- they really brighten our lives -- wish I could have a few more. Love my little GD so much.

Meredith, congratulations on the house and the move -- you'll love it!!!

Well, I must close -- not intentional if I left someone out - I'm rushing cause I just got home from work. LBT was down part of the day and I couldn't read anything until tonight. Glad it is fixed now -- loved seeing the pictures and hearing about the weekend. Love and hugs to all. Linda

Linda, heck no didn't think anything negative of your post to my venting one. Sounds like you've been busy. That is too bad you are goign to be missing some vacation time. sounds like you work for a great company until it comes to vacation time.

I just cooked a yummy dinner, Prime Rib. I found this at the bottom back corner of my freezer, it was dated Dec 2007!!! I remember buying several because they were marked down so much right before the holidays. I thought for sure it would be yucky and so freezer burnt but thought I better cook it anyway as they are so expensive. It was wonderful! I ate way too much of it! It must've gotten pushed down and to the back of the freezer and I just never saw it.

Tonight I have a meeting with our Isreal trip group, we are getting all our travel docs, etc. Very anxious, we leave 2 weeks from yesterday! WOOHOO!!

Hey all you FL ladies, i love all the pics and the repics too. Your descriptions make us feel like we were there.

Update on my Isaac, he is doing better, getting around but still falls over a lot. He's getting his spunk back. (not sure if that is a good thing) I say he has little mans syndrome, he thinks he's a a Great dane instead of a mini dash.

Had my 6 month check up today. Everything is good, dr says I'm right on track, see you in 6 mos. Scheduled a fill for 1 month away, said I'd cancel if I don't need it. Of course their scale was 3 lbs heavier than mine, so I'm not changing my ticker.

Seems like I'll lose a lb or 2 and then it jumps back up, my body must not be ready to let go of it yet then it does. So I know when I see a loss to not get to excited yet.

Linda most companys don't accrue vac days while on FMLA, at least mine don't either.

Laura, hope Nels is feeling better.

Meridith congrats on the house.

Sorry to go on, and that I didn't catch everyone.

Take Care

Laura K

Evening everyone,

My last guest left a bit ago so will take few minutes to post... It is DH's birthday so had some friends, my mother, DD and Mimi for supper.... All went very well and my kitchen is a mess, but it will still be there tomorrow... I'm exhausted now... too tired to do much more tonight.... Had Mimi for 8 hours today while doing all my meal preparations and she decided not to nap today.... Made for a long day... Have to be in Bismarck early for PT in the morning, but will be home by around noon to pick Mimi up.. She will go to work with DD for a couple hours.. Since she works at a daycare this is pretty easy... No charge as long as it is random and not all the time...

So, hope you all have a restful night..... Eva, hope you and DH are still enjoying your vacation.. Home tomorrw I believe... Safe journey now!!!

Nightie night friends............... Julie

This is how I feel about Valentine's Day. Of course it doesn't help that I got in a wreck and totaled my car last year on VDay!

I have been married for almost 20 years and it took the first 15 to convince my husband that I didn't want gifts. Not for Christmas, my birthday, anniversary or VDay. It bothered me that he would spend a lot of money on stuff I really didn't want or need. If I want or need something, I go buy it. I guess in a way he is a lucky husband. No gift-giving pressure with me! It would be wonderful, however, if he would do the little projects that need to be done, but that isn't going to happen:blush:. He spent his Valentine's Day watching the Daytona 500 and I spent it in bed sick and doing some laundry.

Up with a sick boy! He has a 101.8 fever- just gave him some Motrin. : ( He has 5-6 bites on his torso, they look like ant bites. He has a terrible reaction to all stings. Even mosquitoes leave a golf ball size welt. They are going down with cortisone cream. No other symptoms, just feeling punky and no appetite. Just hope I don't get this one. We usually pass them around like footballs around here.

I had a pretty darned good Valentine's myself. After we got home DH took some lamb out of the freezer and made the best Syrian Lamb Stew with spices, onion, Tomato sauce, peas & carrots. It was just what I needed on a cold day, and even better that I didn't have to cook. Then we went to bed early~:wink2::frown: since he has to get up at 5 or work. As far as gifts go- I got to go to Orlando to meet all my friends! PRICELESS. And my laptop died and he ordered a new one with a 10 hour battery life! Oh, and I got the coach bag (combine VD, birthday on the 20th, and bandiversary on March 2), and several shirts at Eddie Bauer. I scored. He got a Snoopy stuffed animal dressed in scrubs holding a heart box of chocolates from me and a box of Sponge Bob crabby patties from Nelson! Also got him a new coach wallet that he LOVES. He would get me flowers if I wanted them~ but lately they just make me sneeze more than I already am! No thanks : )

Judy~ Love the review! Hilarious. And that darn guard was asking for it!

JulieB~ So glad you got home safely. Was your coat waiting for you? : ) Your DH sounds like a love. Hug his neck and thank him for sharing you with us!

Janet~ So glad you had an uneventful return flight. Miss you already sister. HUGS.

Karen~ It's too darn cold for a campfire in FL! But will warm up 10 degrees with you in a heart teddy! oooh la la!

Eva~ <said in my best W-alle voice> How is it going in Ft. Meyers? Hope the drive went ok. Did you go main roads this time? ; )

I overheard DH talking to Julie and Eva (I think) thanking them ( & everyone) for being there for me at a time when no one else would understand. He really GETS IT how special this LBT thread is to me. I had never heard him say that, so that was really warming. And I will end on that note. Sweet dreams of love, health and happiness.

peasout...Laura

Crzytchr and Cheri– I feel the same way about gifts. Nothing feels worse than getting an expensive gift that you really didn’t want. However, we took a slightly different approach. We still buy gifts but both my husband and I keep a gift list. When there is something we want, we put it on the gift list. Our gift list is very specific, for instance, there is a camera lens I would like to have so I put all of the info, like brand, model number and approximate cost on the list. I have asked for the two of us to take dancing lessons- well, I guess I went a little too far with that one. Dancing has been forever banned from the list.:frown: We have been married for 19 years and this system works well for us.

Peascorps – I hope your little one feels better soon. Your husband sounds a lot like mine; generous, kind hearted and a fabulous cook.

Charlene – I was never an exercise kind of person but I have pushed myself the last couple of months and I think mine is becoming a habit too.:) Now, if I could only lose all of my bad habits too.

Jewel – Your updated photo looks great. You must be so proud.

Hi everyone. More snow here in Indiana...about 7 inches. I got to work this morning, but hardly anyone is here. It's nice, I hope to get a lot done today. I took a mental health day off Friday.

Yum, Laura...Syrian lamb stew...you've got my mouth watering. Sounds like you have such a nice and thoughtful husband.

My latest fill is really working. I've been eating less at meals and not getting hungry for about 4 or 5 hours. I love it when the band is working!

Oh, I had a non scale victory of sorts yesterday. Went shopping at TJ Maxx (looking for smartwool socks) and instead found a pair of size 14 pants that fit! Let me tell you, it's been a WHILE since I fit into 14s. Also got a great red sweater with a deep vee-neck (showing off that cleavage!) for $3.

It's good to have all of you back on the board!

Hey all! So many posts! So little time! Can't respond to each of you but you know when congratulations are in order.

Glad I'm not the only wierd one about Valentine's Day. But my DH and I did go downtown Chicago today. Went to 900 N. where there's a Bloomies. Expensive and not that nice. But there's an art gallery in the building and enjoyed going through it and some of the other unique stores.

Then went to Watertower Place where there's a Chico's. Big mistake. With DH's encouragement I spent $200, which still gives me palpitations, but, I needed some dressier things and some spring colors and they had clearance racks and 15% off. Could never have afforded it otherwise.

I actually bought a skirt because we're going to go dancing! My husband is looking up places to go dancing as I type! I've really wanted to learn salsa. We already do the hustle which we can adapt to a lot of different music. I like some line dancing, too. I can to the Electric SLide of course, and also the Cha Cha slide and I used to do the Bus stop. So some places offer lessons and dances and we may do some of that. We'll be getting off our butts which will be good for both of us.

Its a real relief to me to see him take an interest. I've been hinting, but he's been on such a downer for so long. We met dancing and he turns into a different person when he dances. So much more fun.

And dancing is some of the best exercise in the world. We're going to go dancing hopefully next weekend for our 10th anniversay. Hip hip hooray! So I got my Valentine's Day wish.

Cheri

That sounds like so much fun! Lucky! I would love to learn how to dance.

I haven't actually gone clothes SHOPPING in a while. That may be because my big butt is in the middle of a killer plateau and I haven't lost in a while! I will, however have to shop in about a month, because I am still a size smaller than last spring, so I will need new tops.

In order to keep up with this group, I MUST learn how to multi-post.:)

Crzy...to multi post, click the "multi" button at the end of each post you want to respond to...then when you are ready to type and you hit post reply, all the quotes come up and you scroll through them and post what you want. I just got off a four month plateau. It took the last fill to do it for me because I sure wasn't doing it myself. How's your restriction? I'm figuring out that your fill levels sure make a difference. And

Welcome to the thread!

Sandy, wow!! Onederland! Congratulations! I still have a way to go to get there. For a while I thought I'd make a mini goal to reach onederland by my birthday (May 9), but I don't do very well with mini goals. I know they really motivate some people, but I get too disappointed if I don't reach it, and then have trouble with eating too much. So I'll just keep up the slow and steady loss. Hopefully this latest fill will help.

Sounds like a good time down there in Florida...

Deb, I really get it when you say you have trouble with the mini goals...I tried to get to 222 for four months and didn't do it and couldn't get there, finally took the mini-goal off my signature. I'm now changing my mini-goal strategy and only making them for 3 or so pounds and giving myself extra time. This may change too, but at least now I feel I can reach the smaller goal. Maybe a 5 pound goal with a 8 or 10 week time frame would at least give you a reasonable goal to shoot for. Hang in there, you can do this....we can change...ever so slowly, but we can do it.

Crzytchr and Cheri– I feel the same way about gifts. Nothing feels worse than getting an expensive gift that you really didn’t want. However, we took a slightly different approach. We still buy gifts but both my husband and I keep a gift list. When there is something we want, we put it on the gift list. Sandy, I really like this idea....I may suggest it to DH, but knowing us, we'll lose the list. Sometimes I think we both have a memory disease....CRS (can't remember stuff ((substitute the stuff for that other sh word)) ). It's getting harder and harder to find stuff he will like and use because we both buy what we want when we want it.

I really don't need gifts either, but I do appreciate the effort when DH does do something nice. I usually ask for tools or gift certificates. This year I'm getting the eucalyptus tree removed as my Christmas present. Yipee...I may be able to garden again.

Janet, how are you doing on the Beck book? I put it down for a few days.

Later!

Charlene, hang in there...that weight will come off...it's weird, now matter what people say, your body will release that weight when it's ready. You are also building muscle with the exercise....I bet you are noticing other changes in your body from that.

I've been up since 3:45 going through all the posts. Welcome to all the new people. In case you couldn't tell, there are some very nice and supportive people on this thread. I wish I could comment to each of you, but it's a little over whelming right at the moment.

I'm typing on my brother's laptop In Ft. Myers and it doesn't have a separate mouse and I keep sending the cursor to weird and unusual places with the touch pad. It's been good to visit with my brother and his SO (significant other)...just a little bit in the evenings because he's had work and other obligations. We are staying in another brother's condo and it has been really nice having a whole apartment to stay in. That brother lives in the Washington DC area and just uses this place when they come to visit. We bought them a new tea kettle because their old one was little funky.

To all the Florida lapsisters.....I can't tell you how much meeting you all has meant to me. Each of you is special and have touched me with your journey and lives. Thank you for including me and welcoming my DH. It's meant so much. I'll write more later because I'm having a really hard time expressing my self right now.

We went to Sanibel Island yesterday and I got a really good walk on the beach...it was nice, cool, but very good walking weather. We leave today so we will be heading back to Orlando this afternoon. Our flight is late today and hopefully everything will go on schedule.

Guess this post is long enough. I'll post again when I get back and can use my own computer. Have a really good day everyone.

Morning Girls....

Eva...have a safe trip. Hope your flight home is much easier than your trip to FL. Nice to hear that you and DH had a good time. Was so nice to meet him. Fun and just nice guy. Not too many men would be so laid back and accepting of so many women. Also, DH sampled your tamales (sp?) and beef Jerky. His feedback was that the jerky was "The Best" he ever had and he loved the tamales. He, also, has never had them. They were wonderful. Not what I expected but will now be more apt to order when we go out for Mexican meals but doubt they would be as tasty and buttery as yours.

I understand where you are coming from on trying to express how you feel about the time we all spent together. All I can say is it was very special and I thouroughly enjoyed meeting you and getting to know you in person. No surprises. You come across just like your posts...caring and so down to earth.

No problem using up all the excess food that I brought back with me from the weekend. Had ppl for dinner Sunday and last night and every last morsel is gone. Made a fruit salad with Greek yogurt and a shrimp creole dish with all the shrimp and sweet peppers and cheesy Mexican whole wheat bread with Julie's leftover salsa. Only thing that went in the trash were a few cukes.

Setting our sights on enjoying the last 3-4 weeks of vacation. DH was off by 6am and headed for the same neighborhood as we stayed last weekend. You would think he was a young kid heading to Disney World. There's a heavy equipment auction and he is meeting a little buddy from MN that flew down yesterday for the auction. I have visions of having to purchase a semi truck and trailer and me driving 80 MPH through Atlanta on the way home (DH does not drive through large cities). But, we plan on taking a couple of weeks to drive home. DH has a number of "equipment stops" to check out. I will make sure I have a number of good books in the truck to keep me occupied. DH will be gone for 2 days so it's just me and the dog hanging and taking walks.

My stomach is finally settled this morning. I tend to never have a problem but dealt with it for a couple of days. I could eat but had to make sure it was bland. Anyway, that's behind me and ready to pick up a book and veg.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Good Morning

You all were busy yesterday - I tried to get on but site down for emergency repairs and then my power went out - My Sis is in the hospital - she's ok but her breathing was bad.. Watch the Olympic's from Sunday nite - and then started survivor but went to bed about 9 - DS & family will be here today..

Charlene - the weight will come of you have lost already - you just gotta get to the place where you deserve to be healthy - it will come - I haven't read my beck in a while - but I do love the part about giving yourself credit - just ask Julie - I repeated that phrase to her this weekend..

Staying home from school today. Don't want to get anyone sick. I am going to the pharmacy to get something for this though.

Hubby's boss has decided to get the band. He is scheduled in March sometime. I am hoping my Dad will get it. He is 350 pounds. He has lost over 100 already by going low carb. He is just getting to his 50's and I worry about him. He smokes and parties. Rockin out drinkin smokin it just scares me. I hope to bring it up to him next time I see him. He says he has a clean bill of health but he can't really see how this is taxing his heart and kidneys to maintain his weight and bp.

I am glad that I was able to help hubby's boss come to a decision. Well, vicariously through my husband anyway.

Hope your having a great day today everyone. Good luck on your travels Eva.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞

I may have to have gall bladder surgery during my weight loss surgery. Not thrilled about it either but do not want 2 recovery times. Just want it over with.

Thanks for your post. I may need to rethink my decision... :(
