Let's use pounds lost to date and percent of total weight lost (what you lost divided by what you weighed at the start) and BMI. Doing the math will be good for us.

I still have another two pounds or so to go until goal weight, but I'm excited today because I have a normal BMI for the first time since they started calculating BMI's. As of today, I guess, I am no longer overweight! Thanks, guys - I couldn't have done it without you.

Thank you! You know my DH--Charlie is the thinnest that I remember him. He had his surgery on Nov 14, 2007 and I want to say he's about 230 now. Charlie is 6'4" and weighed right at 400 lbs before. He was at a business conference recently and had someone tell him that the rumor at the conference was that he had cancer. :confused: He doesn't look like himself anymore. Of course to me he looks like that same man I married almost 26 years ago.
