Let's use pounds lost to date and percent of total weight lost (what you lost divided by what you weighed at the start) and BMI. Doing the math will be good for us.

LOL Thank you!! I don't think I'm going to wither away, but I am proud of my progress. I have been going to WW for almost 6 years. As of today I am down 150.2 lbs. :smile: I actually lost about 14 lbs before joining WW. I'm down 117 with the lapband. My WW goal was 200 lbs. My doctor gave me a letter. You could tell today that the woman who weighed me wasn't happy. LOL I'm 50 lbs under goal!!! She said something about me changing my goal but I won't. God only knows what can happen. I go in spurts of losing weight. I'm thrilled that I'm losing right now and won't complain. I'm at 23.8 BMI WW doesn't want you to get below a 20 BMI, which for me is 128. So obviously I have some room. I thought it was funny that the lady who weighed me was questioning what my BMI was because she was concerned I was in an unhealthy area. LOL No way.

Wow!! I'm just shocked. I hit 149 this AM. I have finally learned to say thank you when someone says you look great, instead of blabbing my whole weightloss history. LOL I'm feeling so good. The little things is what amazes me. Like packing my suitcase. Now I can take a smaller case. LOL What is even stranger is having to look at the tags to make sure a t-shirt is mine, not my 10 year olds. LOL Life is good!! I owe it all to my band, my family and you guys!!

just wanted to check in with you all. I'm not updating the chart...I still haven't lost any weight. HOWEVER, I am running between 2 and 4 miles 5-6 days a week, working out and lifting weights, so I guess it's okay. I feel FANTASTIC! Congrats to everyone else that's doing well too. I hear you, Momto1plus1: I know EXACTLY what you mean about checking to see whose shirt you're folding. If his didn't have football, skulls, and cars on the front, I would have an even more difficult time!

Congratulations to you too. I haven't lost any more either. I have decided that I am still eating more than I am burning which means that I am only maintaining not losing. Got to change something soon to get that fat burning! I walk most days but have been sick so haven't as much in the last month. I have started running in patches while walking, apparently it helps burn fat quicker. Hopefully will have something to report in the next month.
