If you have a store called Smoothie King in your area, they sell a protein powder called Gladiator Protein. It comes in Vanilla, Chocolate, and Strawberry. I haven't tried strawberry yet, but the others are great. In fact the best shake I've made so far was this morning. I mixed 1 and 1/2 scoops powder with about 3/4 c milk and a fresh peach (no skin) in the magic bullet. I poured it over ice and it was yummy!

Enjoy your Dr. Pepper it will be missed once you get the band. I would love one right now, So you drink one for me please.

hi all! i have been using nectar - chocolate truffle. i am also using isopure vanilla with a tiny teaspoon of sugar free de caff general mills int'l cafe mocha with milk. super yummy (for protein shakes). also i like the unjury chicken soup protein mix. u can also warm it up. it really doens't taste that bad. just don't smell it, as i found with most protein shakes i tried. good luck all!

My absolute favorite shake is a ready to drink that I found on bariatriceating.com. The brand is called "Oh Yeah!" and the Vanilla Creme is out of this world - especially when you add a few pumps of Divinci Sugar Free Coconut Syrup (also on bariatriceating.com). I have one of these for breakfast and for lunch as well. 42 grams of protein, 4 carbs, 200 calories.
