Diary of a madman cont'd

Well I am still struggling along. I weigh 226 now and have dropped 13lbs total since I began my new surge of motivation. The fill was a huge help but I have paid a fear price with that one. I was very ill and very energy starved for the two-three week period. I am better now and have adjusted and learned to eat different again. My exercise was challenged for a few days as I adjusted to the diet. I had to add protien shakes to my diet for my gym periods. I bought a juicer yeah Jack Lelanne I believe. Its great on getting the fresh vegies I can no longer eat like before. I really hope to see 200 by May my 35th Bday. Yeah 5/25 I will be 200 or less. Thats the goal..... :bored
