100 Pounds in 5 Months!

Yes today was my 5 month bandivarsary and i have officially lost 100 pounds.

Yesterday i had 1 pound to go to reach 100 and i worked my butt off to get rid of it.

Now this is not just to show off but to encouarge those with a lot to lose.:whoo:

I can't believe I haven't seen this thread before. Its fantastic. I'm down 83lbs in about 3.5 months and I set my goal at 100lbs in 5 months. I have no doubt I'll reach it and threads like this help. My next goal is be at my goal weight of 170 at the 8 month mark so 67lbs to go!

The band is only as strong as you can be...give it your best effort and it will do the same!

Well i had my second fill today and im up to 8cc filling really tight. surgery was 7/31/2008 so far i have lost 50lbs. Im on liquids for two days so i wont know my true restriction until i can eat solids.what is the most of ccs can a band hold does anyone know.
