You would want someone to drive you home it takes a while for the anthesia to wear off.

yes I know the feeling im having that now except i dont throw up.but the pains in the chest make you think your having a heart attack...ive learned(of course) the hard way to make sure i eat slow and chew chew and chew.

yes i also cant see the weight but everyone does. My pants are tooo big..but i dont want to by any clothes as of yet. but at least some one can see the difference. I guess we will see it eventually.

im from florida and i had to pay out of pocket because my insurance would not cover. it would have cost me 21,000. I flew to detriot michigan and paid 10700 included everything 1 day hospital and 2 days hotel. I paid seperate for my air flight..It may be worth it to go out of state.

yes you maybe to tight. The same thing happened to me on my second fill and that was a week ago and i can only eat a very little at a time without having that tightening feeling. But mine was due to not chewing good and eating to much on a fork...try eating very very little at a time or go back and telly our doctor to take a little out.

When i started on solid food i also didnt lose weight for one week then i lost 3lbs the second week just before my second fill. And i think this fill is more restrictions. Cant eat a whole lot.

It's none of thier business as long as you have support at home thats all that matters. Co-workers always say there supportive but really thier jeslous..

Never give up this is just a minor set back...you only have 25lbs to go just think of some of the people on this site that had the band for years and have not lost any weight. You can trick your mind to believe that your band is full..I learned that its a mental thinking. Just remember the devil is busy!!!you can do thisyou came to far to give up!!!!

Well i had my second fill today and im up to 8cc filling really tight. surgery was 7/31/2008 so far i have lost 50lbs. Im on liquids for two days so i wont know my true restriction until i can eat solids.what is the most of ccs can a band hold does anyone know.

i went to detroit from florida and it cost me 10700 that includes the hospital and hotel transportation. I like the colorado package better.

I was told the same thing by another doctor ho did my fill. My doctor stated that my band was left open because of the healing that needed to be done.. But i still dont feel that much of a restriction. i have another appt in a week to see if fluids are still in my band. also i was told that it may take a couple of fills to get the right restriction.
