I got my hair highlighted with a new cut at 50lbs. I got my makeup professionally done at 75lbs. At 100lbs I am getting my teeth whitened. Buying new clothes is always a great reward. Buying a new piece of exercise equipment or clothing is great too.

For losing the first 27 lbs I bought myself 2 5lb dumbells. I am almost at my excercise goal I have walked 5 days out of 6. so 5 more and I get another reward.

I love charm bracelets. but I never wear them and I am kinda picky on what charms I get. I love my moms but hers is so old and has so many charms on it.

I like the charms they have. But it is confusing for me to figure out how big they are.

I really like the turtle. For slow and steady wins the race. lol

well go figure my battery in my camera is dead and cant find the charger.

Most of them are no taller than a dime . I have one that has an M with a heart around it and its about the size of a penny . Once i find the battery i'll take a pic and see if you can get a more accurate size of them .

I LOVE LOVE James Avery , I Only buy Silver from them

I still cant find my battery charger. The best i can explain is that they are no larger than a penny "height and width " and some are around the size of a dime. They are not too large for a charm Bracelet at all. All of them have a size in the descrpition .

The ones I have on the Bracelet I have had for like 7 years the charms are TINY about the size of an asprin. not the huge ones but the old fashioned ones that were not coated.

Small.

No these are not that small, they are very well made , they dont get in the way at all either. And if you have a problem with them ( I have never ) But if you do they will fix them for a very small price.

I have a necklace from there i have had since i was 16 , about 2 yrs ago the chain broke, I took it in , i told them , " I have had this for quite some time over 10 yrs " they gave me a brand new chain for $12 new they are normally around $30 and up .

I talked to the trainers at my gym and they kept trying to set me up for like 6 months of work outs.

I kept saying NO just ONE how much for ONE session. it was like pulling teeth from a shark.

So I am thinking I might look arround for an individual instead of a group.

Your looking for an individual personal trainer ? I used one the first 2 or 3 months after being banded. I really liked it. Its not cheap though . but my trainer had a deal where you could go w/ others she trained and make it cheaper for you for small group work outs ?

you might check into that ?

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
