thank you for all your kind comments, i am blown away by the response.

i still have some issues with all this

i really do have a tough time some days believing that i have lost much, if anything, and still see <in my mind> the rounder figure....

dysmorphia - is another part of the journey i guess some of us face.

my dog is rather splendid isnt he :)...i am very proud of him, he is also a therapy dog, visiting hospitals and schools, and we are in a drill team giving displays and parades http://azgddrillteam.com - we do agility, obedience, rally o, carting and i am really wanting to learn tracking...

thanks once more

Janie

Janie... you look awesome!!!! WOWSA... oh... and I think I have fallen in love with your dog... yep... a bad case of big puppy love! I LOVE big dogs and have always wanted a Great Dane... hopefully someday! Maybe you'll have puppies available one day from your beautiful boy!

I was amazed when one day whilst walking him, someone said, damn lady, hes bigger than you...and all i could say, was thats right.....a NSV for sure.

If youre serious about a puppies, there is a litter due March 21st to 24th <its a frozen pupsicle breeding so its between these dates>

I hope to come to the Vegas Bash... I am not sure the days will work for me..a girl at work is already taking that day off........but I am still going to come for a weekend... to bad we couldnt make the bash for the end of September!Just a thought.

bye for now,

Francesca

Francesca: HOLY MOLY!! I am so impressed. How the heck did you lose so much weight? Tell Tell.

Wow.... You all are amazing!

I cant wait to post my pics, it'll be a bit, I dont really look any different yet..LOL

WOW!! Zoe you look amazing. Keep up the good work.

Penni, Becky, Jamie, thanks for your kind comments. The most recent picture of me was taken by my friend who told me a couple months ago, in stunned disbelief at my 30-lb. loss then, "You look like a normal person." Yesterday she announced, "You have a bone structure." And here I thought I was held together by gigantic fat molecules!

One thing about brutally frank people -- when they actually pay you a compliment, you know they're sincere.

Jamie, you'll have your own "during" picture in no time. All three of you are already gorgeous. I can't wait to see what all of us look like by the end of the year!

ZOE... WOW!!!! Holy cow... I just noticed... my goal weight is almost the same as yours and you are 5'9 and I am 5'6... lol... I guess you really do want to see all of your bones! You look awesome girl! Hey... are we starting a caravan for Bandstock yet????

Thank you, thank you! Yes, Darcy, I have great big bones (my pelvis is the size of a mastadon's) and I want them to show, just 'cause I haven't ever really seen them and I'm kinda curious about what's under all these layers! My fill doc thinks I might be able to get under 150 but I don't think that's realistic for my frame; besides, I'm in my late 40s and if I get thin (not just thinner) my wrinkles will show more.

If you are going to Bandstock by way of Milwaukee/Chicago/Indiana, maybe we can caravan!

You crack me up Zoe... I can tell that it would be a quick trip traveling with you to bandstock... I'd be laughing the whole way. (I have a heaty laugh... something a potential car partner should be aware of  ) I haven't planned the route to bandstock... my only worry is driving through a big city... YIKES. I'm a small town country girl... stick me on a winding road and I'm a speed demon... through me in the city and it's anxiety attack time. :D I'm willing for my van to be the trip maker... but a brave soul would have to do the city drivin for me. :)
