I did it...I did it...I am in Onderland and it is wONDerful!!! I never thought in a million years that I would ever see those numbers on the scale again! I am so excited and I just love my band. I rewarded myself with a new COACH bag. I'm telling you...you do your part and your band will do its part...together me and my band work very well!

I don't think I'm going to do any work today...I'm too excited. I think that I will just run through the halls with a huge smile on my face!
