Hey guys! It’s been a month and a half since I went through gastric bypass surgery and I’m feeling AWESOME.
That being said, and after reading other blogs and q&a’s I’m still wondering how long should I wait to eat spicy food. I’m craving for kimchi like crazy!!! Some say I should wait 3 months. And it has only been 1.5. I need kimchi and spicy food ASAP! Suggestions anyone?
HELP! ??
