Yay! I was avoiding the scale over the past few days and only checked this morning to find myself below 100 kg! I can't remember the last time I was at this weight but I'd say at least 20 years ago. What a pleasant and timely surprise. I turned 40 yesterday. So excited for my next birthday already ?.
