Weight loss starts when?

I don't understand why I have gained and not lost weight. I don't feel like I'm doing anything wrong. Although, I do struggle getting my water and protein in. Other than that I feel pretty good. What is everyone else's experience? Is this normal or not?

I weighed exactly the same day after hospital but many people do gain and some lose. It just varies like our bodies.
