That super sucks. I have Aflac on top of my regular insurance and they paid me like $2,500 just for a day surgery to have my lap and removed.

Oh no, that sounds awful! You'd think they could make a freaking exception... it's not your fault it was postponed. Ugh... I am going to hope that you are able to get in under the wire!

Thank you that would be nice if they would since this is out of my control I'm staying hopeful

Thank you for your kind words. Today I feel a little better. I pray each day I get better and better. I’m just so thankful to be in my own home and not in Mexico. I hope our energy will be up soon!

Are you feeling any better?? ??

Illinois this has just made me not even want to try anymore I've been on the diet since 11/01 bought all the supplies now this

Where are you at? I'm in Illinois too and mine was cancelled for the 12th, tomorrow. But was not told yet if they will reschedule or be shutting down all surgeries yet.

I had my gastric bypass on Nov. 2. Before surgery I purchased some “Better than Bullion “ to use as broth. I also got vegan protein powder and several juices, bariatric vitamins and miso soup.
The surgery was much easier than I expected. My doctor performed robotic surgery. I was nervous before surgery but it was so easy.
I’m in the liquid protein phase now. I make my own shakes since I cannot tolerate commercial protein drinks and I vegan.

I purchased 200 1 oz cups with lids to portion out my drinks and easy to take when I go out.

Which protein powder are you using? I have been using vega sport and I'm not a fan. Were you able to find sugar free juice? I was told juice isn't allowed.

Yes. Thank you for asking. I feel better and better each day. I’m still a little lightheaded and have to rest most of the day, but I feel so much better. I have lost 13 pounds since Friday. I’m sure it will slow down once I can eat more. How are you feeling?

I’m in Vegas - hungry, sleep deprived due to jet lag and waiting for my first day of appointments at Blossom Bariatrics. Surgery on Saturday.

Good morning! I’m doing well! Thank you for asking. I am able to drink and eat full liquids without much problem. Still super tired and napping a lot during the day. Getting up and walking as much as possible. Sending you healing thoughts. ?

I am not sure if the hunger or sleep deprivation was the worst. I was a mess before surgery. Good luck for your surgery on Saturday. Just a few days to go! Sending positive thoughts. ?

My theory is there isn’t enough calories in your body to move. Good to hear you are home. I had planned to sleep in my recliner because I wasn’t sure I could get out of my bed. But I wanted to sleep in my bed so bad and I decided to try it. I can get out of bed so no sleeping in the recliner. ?
