I’m scheduled for September 1st. Today is the first day of my preop diet.

Im super excited and nervous! I feel like I want to eat everything before that date because I will be so limited for a while?

Okkkkk ( cardi B voice ) I am also scheduled for Sept 4th 2020.

I am scheduled for September 29th. So excited I’m getting a gastric bypass.

I said my date, but not what I'm getting. I'm doing a sleeve on the 16th.

I'm having the sleeve on September 5th. Excited and nervous.

September 5 for me too. I'm so suprised they're doing it on a Saturday.

September 22nd I and getting the RNY

Scheduled for 9/14 and soooooooooo excited!

That was by no means a scathing and bitter comment it is the truth. I keep forgetting that people cant handle the truth because it hurts. I to hope that things go well for me. None of the surgeries are perfect and things can go wrong....however in her case she should have done more research so that she did not go in the wrong direction because of the doctor or anyone else. Her post could scare someone away from sleeve because of what she wrote....blaming all her issues on the surgery and not owning her own fault. So many people bash the sleeve surgery for reasons that are completly false and that is wrong. So I will not appologize for putting out the truth, I can not. Sleeve does lead to more revisions because revising bypass is more complex and requires skill level that most doctors dont have. However its a very exciting time for everyone and nothing to argue or get your guys panties in a Bunch about! Enjoy the excitement ?
