Hi there! Keep it up! I am also having surgery on 12/30/19. My pre-op diet won't start until next week.

I'm scheduled for 12/30 too, but I'm having the bypass, not VSG.

Day 3 of my liquid protein diet, so far so good. We'll see how the next 11 days go!

Congrats! My surgery is scheduled for the 31st. I did my pre op blood work and chest x-ray today. I slip up on my liquid diet in day 4. I had a sausage pattie but since then i have been good. I have already lost close to 30lbs since starting my journey. So i feel i have a strong A- lol
