  11. 8 month difference between these two photos. I had gastric bypass on 12/31/19 at 266 lbs. I am now 175. Still looking to lose 15 more pounds!

  15. Hello surgery twin! As of today, I am down a total of 36 lbs. I am quite happy, I don't know the last time I lost this much weight in 2 months. I also struggle with my energy level. Some days are better than others. It's still been real hard for me emotionally, knowing food isn't my comfort blanket. All foods though have been settling good, I'm thankful for that!

  17. I am about two months out and I am having this exact problem. Getting my liquid and protein in for the day is a hassle. I have no desire to eat. I am planning on going back to what I ate during my pureed diet phase and try to start eating what I did in the beginning.

  19. This is awesome! Congratulations on your success![emoji3]
  20. I took three weeks, with one week working from home. I would take a minimum of two weeks if possible. My second week after surgery was a bit hard for me. It got easier from there.

  22. I was instructed to keep mine on until my first post-op with my doctor.
  23. Same thing just happened to me! I was supposed to go in at 11am and it was pushed back until 1pm! You'll be in and out into recovery sooner than you know it!
  24. Mine is tomorrow as well! Best of luck to all of us[emoji173]
  25. Hello! My surgery will be one day before yours!
  26. This is a great list! Thank you for posting[emoji4]
  27. I thank my insurance and doctor for that one[emoji119]
  28. Hi there! Keep it up! I am also having surgery on 12/30/19. My pre-op diet won't start until next week.
  29. I'm scheduled for December 30. I would love to become friends and keep in touch.[emoji4]
  30. Hello everyone! I'm scheduled for December 30th. Congratulations on everyone's dates ?
