Please do share your journey and experiences with us. You will be one month post-op when I have my surgery on 1/31. I'm also in Southern California, a Kaiser patient.

I'm as ready as I think I can be ? I have a little more food prep I am going to do today and tomorrow (putting together some 2 oz servings of things like greek yogurt, etc...). But mentally and physically I think I'm as ready as I can be. I'm getting nervous though and almost wish I had more to keep me busy over the next two days.

How about you? Are you ready? Feeling nervous or excited or...?

Lori, my surgery is scheduled for tomorrow morning. I have to be at the hospital at 5:15 am. I’m in Northern California too! Happy New Year.

Congratulations - are you with Kaiser or someone else? If Kaiser, I may see you in the hospital! If not, best of luck and I'll join you just a few hours later.

Well the hospital just called and gave the time for tomorrow's surgery. It's going to be at 8:00am CST. I have to arrive at 7:30. I hope everybody's surgery goes well!
