Glad you are both doing well. Im doing ok without food as comfort for the most part- just a couple of days where I really wanted to just eat and had to find something productive to do instead.

Hello surgery twins
We are officially 2 months out today so I thought I'd see how everyone is doing?
Overall I'm doing well. Recovery was fairly simple and I've had no issues with any foods or getting in my protein/water. There are still lots of things I haven't tried (bread, pasta, rice, sweets, etc...) as I'm following the protein first recommendation from my team but within those guidelines all is well. I'm walking over a mile almost every day and am getting ready to join a local gym to add some weight training. My energy is still low so I'm hoping if I increase healthy carbs a bit this week I'll have the energy to do that.
Weight loss is a little slower than I had hoped (down 29.8 post surgery: 16.8 and 13) but I recognize I never would have lost almost 30 lbs in 2 months pre-surgery. I hope i continue at at least this pace. In addition, I am losing inches - almost 14" total from all over.
So---how are you all doing?
