To feel full/satisfied. I’ve been packing my lunch and one item I pack us a Greek yogurt I’ve been eating for breakfast (soft phase). I’m 8 weeks past surgery and my doc said I should eat 2-3 oz , 4 times a day. But that leaves me hungry. Today after eating my yogurt I realized it’s 5.4 oz. that seems to be the amount of food that gets me satisfied. I don’t want to start this lifestyle on the wrong foot. How many ounces you guys eating at 8 weeks? THANK U
