Great job ! 3 beats 1 missing..lol I get the same rhythm after morning caffine , 2-3 cups of coffee. I hear my heart beat every beat due to Tenitis. Be Well. -

You seriously need labs and a few tests like, NOW. -
Drink standing up helps then walk around a little bit, especially after/Protien shake consumption. Also dont get scared if you start dropping 2lbs a day. Just hit your h2o and protien goals and you'll do fine.

No. I make a regular pot of coffee ,pour an 8oz cup and use the protein drink like u would a creamer about 1oz. I usually drink the rest after my coffee . -

10 wks. Popcorn, 4 oz Coffee. Sourdough Bread,Hawaiian rolls ,granola Cereal oatmeal , Cookies, enchilada. sardines , chocolate candy, baked potatoes, beefstew , That's my confession . My bad.
