Hi LapBand Friends,

Time to put up my latest pics, this is my 7th month, and have so far lost 51kg (112.4lb). All has been going well, no major problems which is great!

First is May 2006, right before surgery. Second is last summer, July 2007. Third is my work xmas party last year.

I guess I need to take some new pics, eh?

and the second one, on the trikke, was taken yesterday, August 24, 2008.

Here are my latest images. Before November 2007, after August 2008. 118 pounds between them.

Everyone has been such an inspiration to me, I am going to try and post my 8 month pics.

First one is Dec 20th, Begining day of liquid diet

Second is on Aug 17th.

Update at 103 lbs down! Even I am amazed at the results! There are a couple more on my blog.

I still love looking at all the pictures. What a great idea to take pictures in front of a door :biggrin: Not only do you see the changes in your physical body, but you also see "in the real world" how much less space you take!!!! Sometimes it takes tangible reminders to really show us how well we are doing

It's all about the lighting

I don't -really- look like this, but I surprised myself in the mirror this morning and had to take a pic. Now I'm starting to understand why the celebrities always look like hell in real life -- there's an art to that photographic stuff

6 months ago, I sat here at this very computer and pored over each and every one of your before and after pictures, completely desperate for MY turn. You have all been so inspiring and motivating. Thank you so much. And thank you for indulging me a bit while I post my very first before and "during," because I have a long, long way to go.

the first two are taken a month before surgery at the beach, I'm pretty much at my highest weight there, there not that great of pictures, the dress covers up my giant belly, which is where I can see most of the difference since loosing 40 pounds. The second two are taken at two different concerts in August, I'm about 3 months post op and down 40 pounds :smile:

Ok, so its been a long time since I posted here and I just got a "Happy Birthday" email from LBT and figured I'd come back and say hi and post some new pics. Let me know what you think.

Forgot to add a before pic

Here are some before surgery taken at my doctors office and then my 3 month check up that I recently went to. I started at 267 and weighed in at 221 at the doc office.

I still have a ways to go but I'm happy.
