The photo on the left is me one year ago today....June 2, 2012. The photo on the right is me yesterday....June 1, 2013. I have lost 85 lbs since the photo on the left. I still have about 65 lbs to go, but I am proud of how far I have come so far!

Lapband surgery date 9-5-12

now 192lbs was 248lbs Goal 145lbs.

Here are a few before and afters! Scary to see what i came from, but proud to see the accomplishment. I will continue on my journey though at times it is very difficult. Could use some encouragement.

Anesheim! You look completely different...like i wouldn't even recognize you as the same person! Gorgeous!

Oh my what a big difference a small amount of weight loss made on you!!! You might want to rethink your goal...you look smaller than your weight!!! Keep up the good work!!

here's my 2013 in review. Had my first mtg with surgeon in Jan, and approved for surgery in June - surgery date was 7/11/13. Started year at 315, and was 299 at surgery. ended the year over 60lbs lighter and much, MUCH healthier

Here is my Latest "After" picture....living the NEW LIFE...3 years now.

62 years old and going stronger than ever...EASIEST and BEST thing I could have ever done for myself!!!
