I am a 46. I hope to be banded in January. My paperwork is at the Insurance company now.

My top BMI was 40.4 and now down to 35. I gained 3lbs and have a 2nd fill for Monday Nov. 26, 2007. Doctor is real pleased how things are going.

I cut out all white carbs for the most part and exercised my butt off. White carbs are what got me fat, it took cutting them ot of my diet to lose. I couldn't have done it without my band.

My bmi is around 41. I was banded three days ago. I have not lost any weight since banding...is that normal? Don't want to get discouraged too soon but man. Am I expecting too much too soon??? Please let me hear from somebody. Congrats on all of your success.
