All I can say is that I'm sad to see him go but every Twins fan knew that there was no way we could afford him. I'm just glad that the Yanks or Sox didn't get him and that he went to the NL. You guys got one hell of a pitcher and a great clubhouse guy. He did so much for the community up here! I'm sure you will also see some more history made out on the field with him as well. I was fortunate enough to be at the game last season when he struck out 17! What a great day!

Hello January Bandsters, Just checking in to see how everyone is doing now that we are all banded? I am doing ok. I'm 6 days out and still on Clear liquids. This is the part that is killing me. I am so sick of clear liquids it's disgusting! I will be able to move to full liquids on Monday after my post op appt. Thank goodness I scheduled it for 8:30am!! Keep up the good work everyone!

I had surgery yesterday morning and all went well. I was home by 9:30 this morning from the hospital. I am kind of tired but I have no real pain or anything like that. Nothing that my tylenol can't cure. I have been sipping and walking since surgery was out yesterday and that is going ok. I have had some broth and a little jello today and that went down fine. I am so excited to heal. The only thing I forget to ask Dr W was when can I resume exercising does any one know?

Hey all, I just got home from the hospital as I was just banded yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everything is going well. I am able to keep everything down and I don't have much for pain so that's good. What a long night at the hospital, I didn't get much for sleep because I couldn't get commfortable. Ah now that I am at home I am hoping to get some rest!

Hey all, Just wanted to say that tomorrow is my big day! I am so excited, nervous and scared all at the same time. I guess you could just say that I am a big ball of mess right now hee hee hee! I have to be at the hospital at 6am sharp. Wow that's in less than 7 hours. I better get off to bed. I will update when I get home. Thanks, Crystal
