How to make meat softer? Yummy recipes maybe?

Hey! I was wondering if you guys had any tips on making meat softer and a bit easier to digest? I am two years post op and can eat pretty much anything but chicken breast and beef are sometimes hard to digest? Any tips on ways to cook meat to make them softer? I also love recipes or non meat related healthy, yummy food ideas ❤️

Cook them low and slow. I bake my boneless chicken breasts at 325 deg F for 40 minutes. I struggle with chicken and usually recognize that I'm eating it too fast. I don't have the same problem with beef for some reason, I naturally chew it a lot longer.

foil packets and also parchment packets also. Google lots of foil packet or hobo packet recipes. Use thighs rather than breasts or use a whole bird and shred it then stew it in liquid. Cook beef (steaks) only to medium rare (I eat them rare) and slice thinly for easy to chew and digest beef.
