  • Haha! YEESS! I’m off today (I work in a hospital), and I did what I usually do on my days off: wake up and decide what to eat. I was thinking of all these things until I realized that I was supposed

Y’all. Isopure unflavored is TRULY unflavored. I added it to my broth for the first time today, and I can’t taste it. It has none of that gross protein aftertaste. I got it from Amazon if anyone is interested. I just thought I’d share!! Hope everyone is doing well!
I was just wondering about this today. Thank for the info!
12 pounds down since the start of this liquid diet!! Woo hoo! It hasn’t even been a week yet! Hope everyone else is making it. I finally feel like I’m not missing out on anything or starving all the time.

I'm down 7lbs... in two days it will be a week. I was hoping to lose atleast 10lbs by surgery date on the 23rd. I am not hungry at all during the day. Until it gets toward dinner time that's when I get really hungry. But my doc recently allowed the one meal a day and that helps a lot getting to eat a salad.

congratulations on the weight loss i am done 5 ibs in 5 days and my surgery is on the 24th

Yesterday I had a free for all since we went to the lake and made a lot of good food. I already planned to eat since it was gonna be my last day to eat anything. I didn't drink any soda or carbonated drinks so that was the only positive out of that.Today I went right back to nothing but liquid and I am skipping my one allowed meal. I gained 3lbs back I was 9lbs down but back to 6lbs down. No more cheating or planned cheating scouts honor! lol 5 day until surgery!

Good for you! I’m still holding up over here. I can’t believe I lost 18lbs the first week of this liquid diet! I think it’s because my job involves a lot of walking (I work on a pretty busy hospital floor). Surgery is scheduled for Wednesday at 0930! We’re so close you guys!!

The preop liquids diet is to set yourself up for the first few weeks post op liquids only you'll be sipping liquids very slowly after surgery and taking each day by day
