OMG, when does this annoying pain stop ? from the gas in the left shoulder (6 days post op) Here's what I am doing:

• Walking
• Moving the should joint regularly
• changing position every hour

What can I do to get the Gas out of the should quicker, it's getting better but every little hiccup from the belly causes a pain spike in the L shoulder.

Did you try chewable gas x?

For my shoulder?

Omg same!! I have one little area that pangs and hurts really bad on my left shoulder. I walk 30+ minutes every day and stretch a lot. I’m 8 days out from surgery.

I still have the shoulder pain and my surgery was on April 16th.
