Revision Lapband to RNY

My surgery date is 6/3/19. I am excited and a little concerned because I didn’t ask anyone to come help and my husband works 2nd shift. Am I making a mistake? Will I be able to get through the first few days home alone or do I need to get help?

50 lbs in 8 weeks.. Wow!! How'd you do it

I'm officially at 60 pounds since surgery. I have stalls but always stick with it. I eat a fair share of all carbs. I walk 1 mile atleast 3 days a week I dont over exercise and surely cant over eat. Low carb is not for me so I do low fat and still enjoy some carbs! I find that if I miss vitamen my weightloss slows down. Also if I eat less than 300 calories a day is when I start to stall. I always drink 108-112oz of water a day!
