I’m scheduled for May 13 with Dr. Ilan
My surgery date for the sleeve is May 22. I start my pre-op diet May 15. I am so excited. I’ve been working towards this date since January. My goal weight loss is 110 lbs.
My date is the 21st. Liquids pre op is not too bad.

13th at 1250pm for me, it is reallyreal now...

My late cousin's Mike had a birthday that day. The closest this only child had to a brother. 17 months younger than me, died about 5 years ago of ALS. With your surgery this year JayTissle, it will no longer be a sad anniversary for me. May your surgery go wonderfully on Monday!
So did all the Mexican sleeve surgeries go well? Don't believe we have heard from you guys yet!

Got my sleeve last Tue. May 7th.

Had mine on May 1. Feel ok now. But my face has broken out in a rash/hives. I have no idea why. I'm not drinking anything new. Idk.

could still be a reaction to your sedations and anesthesia. Hopefully it will pass!

Really bummed. Surgery was supposed to happen May7th. Drs office screwed up last paperwork for final approval. Surgery was canceled. Need support and love the struggle is real now!

I heard wonderful results . I'm an R.N and did lots of research I'm havi g my sleeve with Dr Ariel Ortiz at OCC

Congratulations! Praying all goes well

Surgery was on 5/13/2019 and came home yesterday from the hospital. Dr. said everything went well and no issues at all.. As soon as I came home I drank a big gulp of G2 not thinking of the ramifications of gulping. We'll I know the ramification now, straight to the sink and it is not very delightful to throw up with 85% of your stomach gone. So I got it now. Overall, feeling good but still some pain and still have some gas to get out. Popsicles, Premier Protein, broth, G2 (slowly), and Jello for the next 10days til I see my surgeon on 5/23/2019 to hopefully move on to Phase 2. But, let me tell you guy something, this ain't no joke pain wise when u wake up in recovery and you first night in the hospital. So don't think this is a joke and u will be running marathons any time soon. Just give yourself sometime to heal, that's what I am doing... Best of luck guys and if you have any questions let me know....

Glad your surgery was a success
