I remember taking my first two or three bites of scrambled egg when I hit the soft food stage. Oh my goodness, I thought I was gonna pop. I'm going to say the reason you feel yucky with only three bit

My surgery was in 2013. To this day, if I eat one bite too much I get that sick feeling. One must learn not to take that extra bite. You’ll figure it out.

Thanks, logicwand! I guess this is why my nut said to introduce one food at a time!! Hoping it does get easier as time goes on .
Ugh. First time this has happened. I mashed up a hard boiled egg with a bit of light mayo, slowly took about 3 bites and felt like I had eaten a whole pizza! Stopped eating, of course, but it has been 1.5 hours and I still feel yucky. Does this mean I can't tolerate eggs? How long before this gross feeling goes away? (I'm 23 days post op, and still in the puree stage.)
