Just looking to connect with other sleevers starting out around the same time and to learn from those who have been through the process and maintaining their weight loss.

Nerves are really kicking in today...I am at work and bit cranky--trying to not bite people's heads off! Have mercy! Can't I just go home and hide?!

How wonderful for you! Glad that it's going good for you! How are you feeling?

I’m doing well! Struggling to get my fluids in but I think every one goes through that. The only pain I have now is from my injection sites of the blood thinners. I’m having some of the bad side effects of that. Otherwise this is the best decision I’ve ever made!!

Welcome and best of luck to you!

I was sleeved on 4/4/19 and never experienced pain. Apparently, I don't know how to sip liquids and am always introducing air into my GI tract. :-)
FYI - don't introduce air into your GI tract.

I had my sleeve surgery on 14 Apr. Doing ok, but the unexpected sneezes (3 so far) feel like they are tearing me in half (about 2 in above and to the left of my navel). I sit with a pillow on my lap now.

Small pillows are a life saver!! Hopefully you’ll only need it the first few weeks ??
