I had mine done on Monday May 13th as well. I had to stay another night as I was very nauseous n couldn't drink my liquids. I was determined to get home yesterday, where I knew that I would be able to recover. I immediately was home n had the first BM n then took a 2 hour nap. I doubt that these hospitals will have other natural sweeteners on hand. Don't worry about it, as it's only a day or 2. If you don't want to eat the jellos or pops, just decline. -
Make sure to bring protein drinks to work. This way you are getting your ounces of fluids in and your protein. Bring an insulated lunch bag and throw in some veggies and yogurts, hummus, etc. You got this! Where there is a will, there is a way!
