Should u just take Protein? This is probably the most stupidest question I'm sorry i get all flustered with my health (I suffer mentality issues as well as neurologic activity problems) n I get confused as too what I'm actually doing right or wrong...

If you can, my suggestion is to use a app to remind you to eat. I use one to remind me to take my pills. I can't eat much pre-workout or I feel sick, but I make sure to eat enough earlier in the day. Can you get an appointment with your dietician to review what and when you are eating? Good luck and feel better.

Thank you yes will definitely get an app to give that a go I eat the right stuff I have red meat once a week and the rest is white meat I usually top n change between chicken pork or fish but when I'm extremely stressed I feel this way I have also gained a massive limp on my back which I will get xrayed this week but definitely will get to a dietitian I've had to change about 4 times my dietitian as they were absolutely useless they couldn't answer my questions and would consistently try to push me out of my appt after 10 minutes and told me to look on Google for the answers to my questions but will try again 🙂

I don't do any special pre or post work out. I just fuel up a string cheese if I feel a little hungry going to the gym. After workout, I have a Protein Bar. I wouldn't worry and the special concoctions unless you are hard core working out, or at least until you get your diet situation straighten out.

If you feel like crap, stop going to the gym, and take some days off. It won't hurt you. Take a week off. In fact every couple months at a gym, you should eb changing up your routine in a significant way. Maybe take a big break, and trying some jogging and train yourself into a 5k.

Make sure you are eating enough carbs and Protein. You could feel like crap because you are physically exhausted because you are not eating enough.

Most of those pre workouts have a ton of caffeine in them which might irritate the stomach. I take one sometimes and I’m ok with it but may not be helping you.

I have to look for a non-stim (non-caffeine) preworkout, because all of those stims mess with my anxiety and stomach really bad. There's a bunch of options on Amazon. Make an appointment with a dietitian outside of your practice if they suck that bad. Maybe hire a trainer; they are usually familiar with dietary needs.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
