I’ve been getting super light headed also! I’ve been drinking fluid constantly so I have no idea what is going on. I have my first pre op appointment Wednesday so hopefully the surgeon can enlighten me

My surgery date is 2/25/2019. I'm very nervous and scared of what my life will be like right after.

Mine is too. We will be fine. Just breath and read. I've learned a lot from the different people. And no 2 of us are alike. The first few weeks are bodies are healing. Best wishes. Let us know how you do.

Thank you , Good luck to you. and i will pray for a speedy recovery for us .

Any tips to help the bloating? Feeling pretty miserable...
Sleeved Feb 11th! Yesterday was 2 weeks out. Down 21 pounds. Super low energy and trouble staying on top of water intake. I’m having trouble figuring out which foods are ok with me- turns out I’m one of the people who become lactose intolerant after. Hope everyone is coming along and feeling well!

Hi everyone, just had it done on the 20th . Just feeling weak a lot. Did anyone experience that too?
Yes! Feeling weak is definitely my #1 symptom. I’m 9 days further out from you so I can tell you it DOES get better. Hang in there!

I'm getting discouraged. I had my sleeve on the 11th and have only lost 10 pounds in 15 days. Been in a stall for 5 days. ? It feels like a full time job getting in my protein and fluids.
