I just had mine 2/19. Recovery is a little harder than I anticipated, but it's getting better every day

I've been using gas drops (for infants) which has helped relieve a lot of my gas problems. You can find it near the tums/Miralax.

The pain really does dissipate rather quickly - I’m not really in pain anymore. My main issue is getting enough protein.

Just remember to take it slowly. You don't want to overdue your liquids and cause yourself more discomfort. Take small sips regularly and make sure you stay hydrated.

Thanks. These chewable Gas-x tablets are helping as much as I thought they would.

Hi. I had mine February 11th. How are you doing so far?

Hi! I just had my Gastric Sleeve on February 19, 2019. This has been much more painful than I imagined! Day 4 and I’m beginning to feel a little better.

I had mine the same day. I feel the same way, much more painful than I thought it would be. Dealing with lots of gas. Are you on the stage 1 diet?

Congrats! How are you doing so far? I had mine on 2/7. It's nice to connect with people who had surgery around the same time. It's good to go through this journey with others who understand.

I'm still struggling with quite a bit of pain. How are you drinking your water? My husband says I am gulping air when drinking out of a regular cup, but I'm not sure how else I should be drinking?
