  2. I had mine on the 14th - I’m doing awful with protein and keep getting light headed but other than that I’m peachy ?
  3. Thank you guys! I appreciate all the advise :) I’m gonna focus more on protein and (hopefully) stop worrying
  4. Today I had 2 tablespoons of puréed cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon of scrambled egg, and 2 tablespoons puréed sauerkraut. I feel like this is a lot of consumption for only being 2 weeks post op? Any body else able to eat more than anticipated? I feel like I’m not noticing the signs of being full and it’s really freaking me out.

  6. I’ve been getting super light headed also! I’ve been drinking fluid constantly so I have no idea what is going on. I have my first pre op appointment Wednesday so hopefully the surgeon can enlighten me

  8. I stopped pain meds also, I was afraid of the addictive aspects so I just dealt with it as much as I could. Walking around/moving really really helped
  9. The pain really does dissipate rather quickly - I’m not really in pain anymore. My main issue is getting enough protein.
  10. My operation was February 14th, 2019 - just lookin for some of you to converse with!!??✨⚡️
  11. The pounds are literally ALL I’m focused on. It’s stressing me out which isn’t good for dealing with cravings and all that...my post op appointment is the 27th so I hope seeing the doctor and moving to purées will help me calm tf down so I can focus on what matters! ?
  12. Okay! I knew I was probably over reacting but literally everyone I know is asking me how much weight I’ve lost...I’ve just been concentrating on it way too hard. Thank you all for the encouragement ❤️?
  13. I just had my operation on the 14th of this month and I’m already paranoid that I’m not losing weight fast enough? During my pre op diet I was losing about a pound a day...how is it that my weight loss has slowed AFTER surgery even though I’m consuming even less than when I was on the diet? I’m following the post op diet down to the letter - HELP. Am just impatient and paranoid or could it be something I’m doing wrong?
