1st, do you think I qualify?? second, I have vytra insurance. does anyone know if it is covered?

It sounds like you qualify in terms of height/weight. But qualifying for the band often involves more than that, especially when dealing with insurance companies. You may have to show a history of failed weight loss programs, you may need various medical and even psych tests, a sleep apnea test, etc. A lot of things may be required. I have no idea about vytra, but you should be able to ask them or get a benefits book and it will probably be pretty clear what the answer is.

If you decide to pay yourself, as many of us have, then the process of qualifying is ordinarily much quicker and simpler.

I'm sure you are doing this already, but I would also spend time reading past threads and performing various searches for information on this forum. You'll get a lot of information.
