Hello,

Constipation any body? Had my surgery on 02/14/19 and I had only one bowel movement .. any suggestions?

I had surgery on 2/11 and I swear I was averaging 1 bowel movement per week for 2 weeks. Baby prunes Stage 1 food got me out of my slump! I'm now doing much better. I'm down 33 lbs in 1 month. ?

Same here! I don’t even feel like I had surgery.

When are you planning on going back to work?

I went back to work after 1 week. I have a desk job, so no stress for me there. Feeling really great at 1 month out.

I'm 7 weeks out, feeling good, and adapting well to my forever diet.

I lost 22 lbs. on the 2 week pre-op diet, however I have only lost another 32 lbs. in 7 weeks post-op. But combined that's 54lbs. in 9 weeks and I'll take that!

You look great! Congratulations!!

7 weeks out and down 33 lbs down. Feels like the weight drop is slowing down, but am feeling my clothes sliding off me. So I guess I'm losing the inches!

I am 2 months post op I am 56 lbs down

I'm 8 weeks out and have lost about 22 lbs total, 17 since surgery date. Trying not to compare my low loss with others' since my BMI started out fairly low, but it's a little discouraging.
