Frustrated
It doesn't bother you to eat Chinese food. I'm a month in. And I'm still having trouble eating What I'm suppose to. How does anyone get all the proteins there suppose to eat. I hardly eat anything. And I always have trouble with being nauseous Everytime I eat something.

You also need to be careful of not ripping any of the stiches out.

How long have you been obese?
I understand. I have been overweight since I was 2 years old. At 13 I weighed 160 lbs. 18 I weighed 180 lbs. At 20 yrs old I was 220 lbs on my wedding day. Before the surgery I weighed 337 lbs. After 1 week of the surgery I now weigh 317. This was best decision I made in my entire life. I'm so glad I got it done. Thank God.

Stomach flab.
I have a lot of hanging stomach flab. Does anyone know if I will lose any of it while I'm on this diet. Or will it get worse.?

Have you talked to your doctor about this. Maybe he/she could explain why you haven't lost anything. I hope you will find out why. I will pray for you. Keep your chin up.

Long road ahead.
I'm 55 yrs old. I have been on diet after diet since I was 13 yrs old. I was 220 lbs when I got married at 20 yrs old. 35 yrs later before I had this surgery done, I was 337 lbs. I had my surgery done on the 7th of February. It's almost a week since I had it done. My emotions are everywhere. I love food so very much. It's going to be so hard that I can't eat what I want. Like, Indian, arabic, fast food, ice cream, cakes and chocolates. I have four daughter's and 5 grandchildren and a husband that depend on me to be around. I'm really glad that I got This done. I know it will take time to get where I want to be, I just have to be patient and confident. This forum helps a lot.
