EGS to Gastric sleeve

Has anyone had a endoscopic gastric sleeve and the. Ended up getting the transitional gastric sleeve sorry if I’m wording this strangely. I got EGS done about 8 months ago lost 40 and gained back 15 I feel no restriction and I feel like it was a waste of money, might work for some but not for me! I’m not sure if I even qualify for Gastric sleeve as my bmi is under 40 but if anyone has gone through this advice is greatly appreciated!

I just added my recipe for the Cauliflower Rice; it went to the ESG Forum, I wanted it in the VSG Forum. Oh well. Here's the picture:

I think, in the batch above, I used a small amount of Rothschild's Pineapple-Habenero Sauce [Costco's]. I see a bit of it (~ yellowish sauce), near the '6 o'clock' position of the photo.

Has saxenda come down in price yet?


Unfortunately not. I have reduced the dose now but will need to continue using it for some time. It’s been worth the money for me but it most definitely is expensive. I eat a lot less, particularly takeaway and convenience foods so count that saving toward the cost. Also dropped my gym membership and just walk now with some at home resistance work. Once I drop another dose I think these savings just about evens the cost of sax out for me.
