Best Tools

Good morning everyone. Do you have any favorite weight loss tools to recommend? Favorite apps, websites, cooking equipment, protein supplements, etc.? I have downloaded the Bariastic app and I like it a lot, I just wished it showed fiber and sodium totals, but overall it has been more effective for me than My Fitness Pal or The Daily Plate because of the reminders. For the kitchen, I'm thinking about getting an Instant Pot.

I use a digital scale daily and stainless measuring cups/spoons daily.

I use a saucer/bread plate for meals and regular salad forks and coffee spoons for food.

Beyond that--that's it. :)

I’m in my last week of soft foods and for a protein supplement I like Syntrax Nectar unflavored. I put it in yogurt, cottage cheese, actually most anything. Good luck with your journey!

She also posts weekly food plans built off her recipes. I love them. Can't wait until I can eat more of her foods!
