Vegas? Was it Blossom? They're good, but they're a high volume bariatric farm; the "love 'em and leave 'em" school. If you want them to take responsibility and help, you're gonna have to get pushy\

Have you called your doctor's office to explain that to them? I wouldn't wait. Dehydration is nothing to mess around with. Best of luck to you.

I have. They suggested I go to the ER. I did.
I was sleeved and had my hernia repair on sept 19.
So im about 7 weeks out. Started at 180lbs. Now at 139.
I was admitted to the hospital for dehydration. After an X-ray with barium showed my swallowing is normal. I was sent home.
My surgeon is in Vegas. And I live in Reno.
i feel like I can’t swallow. It is so painful. Even just water. I’m so thirsty. But simply can not get it down.
When I do, I lay in pain for about an hour. As happy as I am with the results, I can’t live like this. Why does it hurt so bad? I did liquid diet. Tried to move to soft foods. And everything just hurts.
I use gas x. Heartburn meds on occasion. Just to see if anything will help this feeling.
Is anyone else struggling like me? What did you do? How long did it take for you?
