Non-Scale Victory 2 weeks post-op band to bypass

I'm 2 weeks post op and have been officially taken off my blood pressure medication......Yay!! Went to see Dr and blood pressure has been great. I haven't taken my meds since the day before my surgery. Was told to monitor it at home till my 2 weeks post op appointment and then a decision will be made. NO MORE BP MEDS ??

Thats great news, just be aware though that over time it can go back up, mine did.

Important thing is to make sure you get it checked just in case it starts creeping up without you noticing
