Is it possible to reset your pouch a year after your sleeve surgery? I lost 100 lbs over the year but sadly gained 25 of it back I refuse to go back over 200. Any suggestions?

I mini reset every month (9 months post op) to make sure I don't go too far off plan. I just eat basics of my plan again. Return to basics, single ingredient foods. COOK EVERYTHING.TRACK EVERYTHING. DRINK WATER Some examples

Breakfast:

Eggs/yogurt/protein shakes/turkey sausage

30 mins or more later drink 24 oz of water

Snack:

Strawberries

30 mins or more later drink 24 oz of water

Lunch:

Grilled chicken over salad/turkey/beef burger wrapped in lettuce/tuna salad with celery sticks

30 mins or more later drink 24 oz of water

Snack:

Protein bar/shake

30 mins or more later drink 24 oz of water

Dinner:

Curried Lamb over cauliflower/ beef and broccoli /garlic chicken and cabbage

30 mins or more later drink 24 oz of water
