Is it possible to stretch your stomach again

I had surgery on the 16th, I misread my meal plans and starting eating soft food a week before than I was asked too. Today I had a couple of cheetos..I know it was a stupid idea to have done so....now I feel like I've stretched my stomach out. Is that possible?

Cheetos?

A lot of us are on a soft diet from the outset, so it shouldn't be a problem, but do try to follow your surgeon's program, as there may be other reasons for their progression rates.

Get all the yucky yummy food out of your house lol. This is hard enough without temptations around
