But look at these onion rings! Why are they so big? I only had 1.5 out of the 4 that came with the order

Oh GT - I'd be lost without the boys, especially with everything soooo up side down! I think there is tremendous comfort in the regularity and normalcy of purchasing, preparing and presenting food for ourselves and our families. I delight in your posts with trips to that open field fresh air market! How freeing. Also, how could you have ever predicted what a timely thread this would become when you first created it? Thank you! And, thanks to all who inspire and post here. Here's a few happy plates I found at Anthropologie last week on a quick jaunt to the mall. It’s stuffed with ground beef, carrots, peas, eggs, and olives. And the yellow and red sauce is a spicy cream I made from two kinds of Peruvian peppers

Didn’t cook tonight as the fam ordered pizza. Then I remembered I don’t eat pizza, hahhaha

So fixed this sad looking bowl of food to eat: 40g chicken breast, 30g feta, 8 almonds & some roasted garlic bits. And spicy vinegar on the side (I’m out of salad greens 😭)

Does look kinda sad, but was actually quite tasty, lol.
