I think I also have some leftover Handi Rice now, lol. Craved this junky stuff like crazy tonight and now the portion is sitting half eaten on the counter.

I'm only on soft food but can only manage 3-4tsps before I get full. Any more and I'm uncomfortable and feel sick.

Brunch today. Leftover spiral cut ham on half a whole wheat English muffin. It was D.r.y... I should have used butter!

It's like these cup-a-noodles only that it's rice instead of noodles with freeze dried vegetables and a little sachet with a little spiced oil in it. Mix it with boiling Water, stir and eat a few minutes later when all the water has been absorbed.

I usually have it in my desk sitting at work as an emergency meal together with single portions of mymuesli, Protein Bars and microwaveable rice (like Tilda's coriander & lime or Uncle Ben's curry rice) or canned vegetables in some sauce (from the Turkish market).

It's a YumBox I ordered from Amazon. You can choose between four compartments or five compartments. You can also order just the inlay so you can change it but I have an older BentGo children's lunchbox and don't like these five compartments that much. They're too small to pack away a regular sandwich. Four compartments are just right for my everyday use.

Not sure if that was directed at me but since I'm the one who posted the working day meal: I'm a radiologist/neuroradiologist working at a hospital of maximum care.

Oh we have that here. It's called super rice and sauce 😄 used to take mine to work too but it's all ready to drink Protein Shakes for a while 🤣
