Does anyone use the tespo vitamin system?

I have been looking at this as well. I’m wanting to try it but would love to hear feedback from anyone who has.

Same here. I have heard that pills are hard to take after surgery. Also it stinks like it would be easier.

My Kaiser team said they aren’t a good option. But I wish they were! Would love to hear people’s thoughts.

I just bought it, not the best tasting but it only taste yucky for a few min. I'm really bad at taking my vitamins and find that it's much simpler to do it all at once.

I bought it because I was struggling to chew those huge nasty vitamins twice a day. It is wonderful and so easy to swallow. I love mine.

I'm pre op, but bought mine because I got 30% off. I love it, too.

I got the discount too and love it. I’m trying to find out if I can’t start taking the tespo vitamins right away.

If you are looking into liquid vitamins, I highly recommend Mary Ruth's Liquid vitamins. I found them on Amazon and LOVE them. I have Celiac Disease and have to be careful about additives and these are gluten free, and have all the vitamins that my NUT and surgeon want me to have. Blue is the info for the night time ones and red is for the morning. The only downside is the 8 carbs per serving but these are pretty much the only carbs I have all day so it doesn't bother me at all.
